The grid project is making progress! The server is fully configured, and we now have a single-disk, one-command way to configure "zombie" clients (in about 15 minutes, including OS and client install and configuration). The server has been moved to its permanent home, and two clients are up and running! For the moment, clients are hooked to Seti@Home and WCG in addition to the NCSSM grid. The next step is to finish a first project and to modify the server code to download and distribute workunits from other projects when there are no NCSSM Grid projects with work.
